ABTA & ATOL
We are often asked if we are affiliated to ABTA or ATOL. We are not as we do not sell travel. We focus on the accommodation in resort. We don’t qualify to be affiliated for this reason. Bonding is required for companies selling air travel; charter or scheduled.
However, as a legal requirement, your money is kept in an escrow account that is not touched until you depart resort having fulfilled your holiday. So your money is safe and never used as working capital.

Val d'Isere Office
We are open daily in resort from November 25th - 10th May every year.
Open hours; daily 8.30 am - 12.30 pm and 3.30 pm - 7.30 pm. Open all day Sunday for our arrival/departure day , 8.30 am - 7.30 pm
