Apartment Pierre

Rental price:  £11,235.00 + electricity and £1,700 damage deposit. 

Pierre is a centrally located apartment in the Pierre Vacances Chalet du Solaise residence close to the town centre. It is a 2 minute walk to the shops, supermarkets and bars and either a 6-8 minute walk to the piste or alternatively you can hop on the free bus service to go skiing.

The apartment is on the ground level of the residence in the back of the building and it was obviously the old staff quarters of the residence.

On entry you have an open wardrobe for coats etc... and the bathroom is then immediately on your right with a sink, WC, bath with a wall mounted shower attachment. You then head down the corridor and the kitchen is to the right that includes a full size oven with 4 ring electric hob, dishwasher, under the counter fridge + small freezer, sink and wall cupboards for storage.

The double room is next door that is the width of the double bed, no window and includes hanging space and a small chest of drawers.  

The open living space has a fold down double bed that coverts to a sofa when not in use plus small dining table, chairs and wall mounted TV.  

The property has a small top loading washing machine that you attach to plumbing under the sink for each use.  

The building also has an outdoor swimming pool that is available when in use.  

Parking is outdoors and on a first come basis. We cannot guarantee a space.  

Please note: despite having a double sofa bed and a double bed, full time occupancy is for up to 2 people maximum. Up to 2 x guests are welcome (so max 4 people occupancy on the odd occasion) but the property is licenced for 2 seasonal tenants.
