L'Aquila is a fabulous ski in/out building located right at the foot of the ski slopes at the Rond Point area in Val d'Isere.  It is a stone's throw away from the Solaise and Bellevarde cable cars and a short walk to the town centre, shops and restaurants. 

The property is located very close to the bus stop at Rond Point that takes you up to Fornet, down to La Daille and stops in town throughout it's journey, should you not want to make the short walk across the piste to town. 

On the 2nd floor, this apt. is at the end of the corridor so very private compared to other properties.  It is 88 sqm on one floor.   You walk in and have a large wardrobe for coats, gloves and boots etc....  The main living/kitchen/dining is off to the left and the bedrooms/bathrooms are off to the right.

The kitchen has a large fridge with freezer drawers below, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine.  The dining table sits in front of it with ample seating for up to 8 people. 

The living room is the other side of this room.  It has 2 lounge chairs, coffee table and an L shaped sofa. Wall mounted TV and the property will have IPTV for next winter. It has an ADSL wifi connection.

The bedrooms =

No 1 is a twin with wardrobe/storage and access to shower room with sink and shower
No 2 is a twin the other side of the shower room (so it is a jack & jill shower) with a built in wardrobe/storage too.  Both twins have double duvets for the beds if used as doubles in addition to single duvets.
No 3 is the master with queen bed, good storage, en-suite bathroom with bath, shower & glass panel, sink, WC
Separate WC with sink in the hallway leading to the bedrooms.

Parking underground for 2 vehicles

Please note that the ski room has boot warmers but these DO NOT work ; it is an ongoing dispute with the management company of the entire residence.
