An apartment located in the old part of La Daille (not the tower block side of the street) Val d'Isere. Access to the slopes is simply across the road using either the Funival, the cable car or the chair lift. The free bus runs regularly to take you to and from town.

The apartment is on the first floor of an old stone residence and we rent this property and a studio next door on the same floor. On entry you have space to hang coats and for outdoor shoes. The bathroom is immediately to your left with a WC, sink and bath with a glass panel and wall mounted shower head.

The living/dining & kitchen are next to this and comprise an L shaped sofa bed, coffee table with rug that faces a wall mounted French TV.  The dining table with 4 chairs sits in front of the kitchen that has a large fridge with freezer, normal size oven with 4 ring electric hob, sink and storage, washing machine (no dishwasher as we think a washing machine is more essential). 

The double bedroom is spacious and has good storage and an armchair in the alcove to the balcony.  

The wifi is shared with the next door apt. and works well.  Fiber internet is now in use giving the best and fastest internet access available.  

Please note: despite having a double sofa bed and a double bed, full time occupancy is for up to 2 people maximum. Up to 2 x guests are welcome (so max 4 people occupancy on the odd occasion) but the property is licenced for 2 seasonal tenants.

This is a very quiet building with neighbours who live there year round and is rented for a maximum of 2 people.
