Rental price:  £10,750.00 + electricity. Plus £1,200.00 refundable damage deposit.  

A studio & loft located in the old part of La Daille (not the tower block side of the street). Access to the slopes is simply across the road using either the Funival , the cable car or the chair lift.

The studio is on the 1st floor of an old stone residence with an open plan living/kitchen/dining. The kitchen includes a large fridge with freezer, 4 ring electric hob and full size oven.  It also has a dishwasher and plenty of storage.

The open plan room houses an L shaped sofa, small dining table, coffee table and wall mounted flat screen French TV.   A large chest of drawers provides extra storage for this room.  

The bathroom includes a shower cubicle, sink, WC, heated towel rail and washing machine and drying rack.

Upstairs loft

Upstairs is the additional loft that goes with this studio.  You go out in to the corridor and through a separate door upstairs to this space.  It has a WC, double sink, double bed, sofa, large chest of drawers and 2 white arm chairs. 

Skis can be left outside in the private loft hallway and with a coded and locked door, they should be safe.  

The idea is to use the downstairs for eating & living and the shower and upstairs for sleeping. 

The occassional guest is permitted to use the sofa bed downstairs in the studio but strictly visitors only.  

The wifi is shared with the next door apt. and works well.  Fiber internet is now in use giving the best and fastest internet access available.  

This is a very quiet building with neighbours who live there year round and is rented for a maximum of 2 people.
