LOCATION:

Located in the old town of La Daille, this is a convenient location for access to the slopes.  A short walk across the road will take you to either the bubble car or the Funival, both taking you to the top of the Bellevarde sector. Queues for lifts tend to be much shorter in La Daille as everyone is battling to catch the Solaise or Bellevarde Express lifts in town.  For this reason, it is worth considering La Daille for your holiday accommodation.   We always start & finish our ski day in La Daille (we drive!) as we consider the Bellevarde sector to be the best ski area with easy access to Tignes and the funival is one of the fastest and most efficient lift systems in Val.  The bus queues to get back in to town at the end of the day can be long too so whilst you’ve got your feet up in front of the fire, everyone else is waiting in line to get back in to town. 

La Daille also has a pharmacy, tabac, boulangerie, supermarket & commerce so you don’t have to go to town to purchase your essentials. 

A bus service operates throughout the day, from early morning until 2am taking you in to town and back from a bus stop located just across the road from the chalet.  With all this on your doorstep, La Daille is a desirable place to stay. 

DESCRIPTION:

This private chalet in La Daille is exceptionally quiet and cozy, offering a real sense of seclusion. Once inside, it’s easy to forget the outside world entirely.

Access via the coded garage door, which serves as the main entrance and provides direct access to the ski room with ample ski racks and boot warmers. From here, an internal door leads into the hallway, where there is plenty of space for coats, hats and gloves.

Off the hallway is the compact gym equipped with cardio and weight-training equipment, alongside a steam room that can be used to relax your tired muscles after a long day on the slopes.  A conveniently located shower serves both the gym and steam room.

This floor also features three twin or double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms including WC's.  

The first floor is home to the spacious living area, furnished with large, comfortable sofas and centred around a roaring log fire. This is a generous space for relaxing and socialising as a group. The dining area sits at one end of the room, adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen.

For those who enjoy television, the chalet includes a separate TV room, open-plan to the main living space, featuring English satellite channels for sports, news and films.

A terrace for BBQ’s or lunches later on in the season is located just off the living & TV room. 

Bedroom four, also en-suite is located on this floor and includes a bath, double sinks, WC & bidet. 

U 2nd floor is the impressive master suite that includes an en-suite bathroom (with bath, double sinks & separate shower),  a fireplace and two small decorative balconies either end of the bedroom.  A separate WC for the master is also located just outside the door in the hallway but within the suite.

This floor also houses bedroom 5 with en-suite bathroom (shower, basin), separate WC in the room and ample storage. 

The second floor is dedicated to the impressive master suite, which features an open fireplace, a large en-suite bathroom with bath, double basins and separate shower, and two small decorative balconies at either end of the bedroom. A separate WC for the master suite is located just outside the bedroom door, within the private hallway.

Also on this floor is bedroom five, with en-suite bathroom (shower and basin), a separate WC within the room, and ample storage.

This is an impressive mountain home comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests.  

CHALET ACCESS:  The garage door is coded so guests don’t need to worry about keys.
