It is a comfortable apartment for a couple with the possibility of housing up to 2 guests by using the double sofa bed in the sitting room. It is a minute from the slopes, 30 seconds to your nearest Boulangerie and close to shops, bars and restaurants.

It consists of an entrance hall with hooks for coats and space for outdoor shoes. This leads through to the main room with open plan dining and living that includes a sofa that folds out to a double bed. A balcony is located off the living room that overlooks the street. The kitchen is off this room with a large fridge, 4 ring electric hob, normal size oven & dishwasher.

The bedroom has a double bed and stand alone wardrobe with additional storage above the bed in a built in sliding door cupboard. 

The bathroom is compact with a WC, sink and full size bath that has a wall mounted shower attachment & shower curtain.

Please note: despite having a double sofa bed and a double bedroom, full time occupancy is for up to 2 people maximum. Up to 2 x guests are welcome (so max 4 people occupancy on the odd occasion) but the property is licenced for 2 seasonal tenants.
