Santons 7 has become one of our most popular properties in Val d'Isere due to its size, décor and location. It is a modern apartment on the first floor of a small residence right in the heart of town. It is the best location in Val d'Isere as the shops are just around the corner & the slopes are under a minute's walk.

The owners have adopted a minimalist approach but they have tastefully furnished the apartment to make it an extremely homely place to stay. They like to use it too so every detail has been considered.

The hallway has a ski boot dryer, racks for boots and a cupboard for ski jackets. It is 100sq m so offers space and comfort. It has very spacious open plan living accommodation with three Ligne Roset sofas, 2 leather chairs, large French flat screen TV, DVD, video and the fireplace to enhance the atmosphere.

The dining area and kitchen are on the other side of the open plan layout. The owners have fully equipped the kitchen with everything you need with a proper size oven, four ring electric hob, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge/freezer. There is a balcony off the living room that overlooks the Solaise and Bellevarde sectors of the Espace Killy. You can soak up the sun and take in the view from this south facing balcony.

The accommodation comprises two double bedrooms, one of which has a built in double to the corner of the room so you cannot access it both sides. The Quad room is a very cleverly designed room with four solidly built ‘bunk style’ beds, suitable for both adults and children.

The bathrooms were totally renovated for this season with new tiles, showers/baths, basins, WC's and flooring. There are 2 bathrooms; 1 shower room with WC and sink and a second bathroom with separate bath, walk in shower, sink and another separate WC next door with hand basin.

Parking is outside the building and you have 1 space per property.
