Val Village 104

Located in one of Val d’Isere’s most central locations, the slopes are right outside your residence door so you can ski in and out of this property.  Ski schools and private instructors meet directly outside the apartment.  It is also only a few yards away from the main hub of the resort for shops, bars and resaturants.  

This is a modern, very comfortable ski apartment.  It enjoys a view of the Solaise slope yet as it is situated at the rear of the Val Village development, is generally quieter than apartments directly overlooking the ski front and main streets.  

On entry to the apartment, you have the separate WC to your right (with small hand basin) and an area with wall mounted hooks for outdoor coats and ski kit. 

The shower room is off to the left comprising a modern rain head shower with microphone attachment and walk-in glass panel, hand basin with mirror above, storage & mirrored radiator with towel rail.

The twin bedroom is next door and can be used as a twin or beds together as a double (with 2 single duvets that zip together) plus ample storage with hanging space and separate drawers, plus a folding armchair to throw your clothes on at night.

The main room is open plan with living/kitchen/dining = breakfast bar dining with 4 white leather stools, fridge with small freezer, dishwasher, corner cupboard, sink, 4 ring induction hob, microwave oven and separate proper size oven and good storage space in the kitchen. There is an extensive range of good quality crockery and glassware. 

A Tassimo coffee machine is available for use and coffee pods can be found in the Sherpa supermarket on the main street.  Filters are also in the property.  

Speaker - the speaker in the main sitting room only provides options for USB plug in or lightning cable. If you are wanting to connect a device with a USB C, you may need to provide this yourself. This is tuned to Radio Val, if all else were to fail.

The living area has an L shaped sofa and one separate easy chair.  There is a balcony with table and chairs accessed off this room and the folding bedroom chair can also be used for sunbathing on the balcony.  The sofa converts easily to a double bed if required.

Heating is provided by three wall-mounted mirrored radiators. All windows have blackout Roman blinds.  

This is a very neat, smart, modern, good quality apt. with an underground parking space provided for 1 vehicle.
