Val Village 301

Located in one of Val d'Isere's most central locations, the slopes are on your door step so you can ski in and out. This location is popular for families with small children as the slopes are so accessible. 

A top floor, (3rd floor) apartment that easily sleeps 4 people but can sleep up to 5 adults using an additional double bed off the living room.  

Entry level

On entry you have the hall with a separate WC that leads to the open plan living/kitchen/dining.  

Living/kitchen/dining:  this space has a large L shaped leather sofa which faces the eves of the property with the TV, several lounge chairs and coffee table.  This overlooks the Val Village square and up towards the Solaise ski sector.  A small balcony is accessed off this room.  French TV is provided as is Wifi and a speaker to play music. 

Off the end of the sitting room, is an alcove with a double bed that has a screen for privacy from the main room which you can see in the photos.

The kitchen is small with everything you need including dishwasher, under counter fridge with small freezer, hob, small oven, kettle and toaster.  The dining table sits opposite the kitchen with plenty of room for family or friends to enjoy evenings together after a long day on the slopes. 

Double bedroom:  this is also on this floor just left of the hallway that has a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe storage.  

Bathroom:  just opposite the double and off the hallway too, this has a sink, bath with shower curtain and wall mounted shower attachment.  

Upstairs

A staircase takes you to upstairs with an open plan twin bedroom and en-suite shower, sink and WC.  This bathroom also has a washer/dryer that you can see in the picture.  

There is also a mezzanine level above the twin beds that is not in use.  

Ski locker

This is on the ground floor as you enter the building with the lift around the corner to take you up to the property. 

Parking

The property comes with an underground parking space that is within the Val Village area but not directly under your building but not far.  

Please note; with such a central location with shops and restaurants/bars on the ground floor of the Val Village area, there is a possibility of noise at night that is out of our control.
