Entry level

On entry to the property you have a hallway with WC with sink.  This leads to the kitchen/dining room that has a large table with bench seating one side and chairs the other.  The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, oven, microwave, large fridge/small freezer.   The dining table can extend to seat 10/12 people if necessary.  

Bedroom 1 - a double en-suite off the kitchen.  This is a 140 cm bed that is standard double with an en-suite shower and sink with WC.  

Bedroom 2 - this is off the hallway with a twin that can be a double (beds together) with an en-suite bathroom with bath and sink and heated towel rail.  This room also has stairs up to a mezzanine loft level with 2 x single beds.  

Upstairs

Bedroom 3 - this is a childrens bedroom with low ceilings and 2 x single beds either side of the space.  

Bedroom 4 - the master bedroom with shower and sink, great storage and space.  Please note, this room has a beam through it as you can see in the picture. 

The living room is a large, open room with fireplace and balcony.  A mix of old and new and a wonderful space to relax with friends and family in front of the fire.  

Please note; we rent this for a maximum of 8 people despite more beds.  The stairs to the mezzanine level in bedroom 2 are not suitable for young children.
