Introducing Chalet Mowgli: New from February 2025

We are thrilled to add Chalet Mowgli to our exclusive portfolio from February 2025. Sleeping up to 12 guests, this beautifully designed independent chalet spans four floors and offers comfort and relaxation with a sauna and jacuzzi located in the basement spa area.

Location

Situated on Route de la Balme, Chalet Mowgli is perfectly located close to the centre of Val d’Isère.

• Ski Access: Cross the road from the chalet to the nearby bus stop for easy access to the slopes. Ski back at the end of your day if the path via the La Daille sector is open or hop on the free and frequent bus to finish your day.  .
• Town Access: A short walk takes you into the town centre, yet the location ensures peace and quiet for a restful night's sleep.

Entry Level

• Garage & Parking: A garage accommodating up to 2 vehicles and outdoor parking for up to 4 additional vehicles.
• Boot Room: Includes boot warmers and ample space for coats, shoes, and other ski gear.
• Bedrooms: 2 twin/double bedrooms with en-suite showers and WCs.

Upstairs Level 1

The entire first floor offers a stunning open-plan living space ideal for family gatherings.

• Kitchen: At the far end of the room with a breakfast bar offering a practical and social space.
• Dining Area:  seating for up to 12 guests at the large dining table.
• Living Area: Includes a large L-shaped sofa, lounge chairs and a modern faux fireplace, adding charm to the cosy chalet atmosphere. 
• Balcony: Enjoy outdoor views from the attached balcony.

Upstairs Level 2

The second floor features three en-suite bedrooms:

• 1 bedroom with a bath & shower combination
• 2 additional en-suite bedrooms with shower and WCs

Basement Level

Designed for relaxation and unwinding after a day on the slopes:

• Spa Area: Sauna and jacuzzi
• Bedroom 6: A versatile space that serves as a TV room and sleeping area when needed (note: no windows)

Design & Materials

The owner is an Architect who has put his expertise and passion in to designing the chalet.  It combines natural stone, marbled bathrooms and wood throughout to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
